O-HAOCC Finishing Liquid

BMY® O-HAOCC Finishing Liquid

Nano quaternary ammonium salt oxidized chitosan finishing liquid mainly comes from waste shrimp and crab shells, from which chitosan is the second largest natural bio-organic resources, raw materials from a wide range of sources, renewable and nontoxic itself will not cause secondary pollution.O-HAOCC finishing liquid has a strong affinity for dyes and high bonding fastness to fibers, and it can be realized by clearing the drainage of the dyeing liquid, which is a promising green and environmentally friendly textile dyeing promoter.

presentation of BMY ® Chitosan Modified Cotton Yarn

BMY® O-HAOCC Finishing Liquid

we has developed various types of finishing liquid for different dyeing depths, which contains a large number of active groups such as carboxyl, aldehyde and amino groups, which can form covalent bonds with reactive dyestuffs under alkali-free and salt-free conditions, and at the same time, bication enhances electrostatic attraction with anions in dyestuffs, thus improving dyeing strength, color fixation rate and color fastness; and O-HAOCC has good water solubility, biocompatibility, degradability, reactivity and bacteriostatic properties.

The modified cellulose fiber obtained by O-HAOCC finishing liquid does not require the addition of chemical additives in the process, and can achieve saturation adsorption of dyestuffs, reduction of wastewater volume, shortening of process flow, saving of dyestuff dosage, and clearing of dyestuff waste.

Why O-HAOCC Finishing Liquid

Develop a comprehensive solution

Reduction of Dyeing Costs

Compared with other dyeing auxiliaries, it has an unrivaled advantage in price. It does not require the addition of chemical additives in the process of its action, the cost of additives is reduced and the amount of dyestuff is reduced, thus reducing the cost of dyeing.

Simple Process

The modified cotton yarn does not need to be added with chemical auxiliaries in the dyeing process, the cost of the auxiliaries is reduced, and the dosage of the dye is reduced, so that the dyeing cost is reduced.

Improvement of Color Fastness

Cellulose fiber products modified by O-HAOCC finishing liquid have been tested by a third party for color fastness up to grade 4-5 and bright colors.

Eco-friendly

O-HAOCC finishing liquid modified cellulose fiber products in the process does not produce waste gas, waste water, waste residue, does not produce a burden on the environment, creating a good economic benefits and ecological environment.
